About Kevin Trudeau 👨💼
Kevin Trudeau (born February 6, 1963 in Lynn, Massachusetts) was part of numerous secret societies from a young age where he learnt key principles to achieve success. In the 1970’s he joined ‘The Brotherhood’ who work with ‘Skull and Bones’ from Yale University, Bohemian Grove, ‘Bilderberg Group’, and “the highest level of freemasonry” that allegedly hold great power over world affairs. This helped him learn unique methods for success such as strong visualization techniques and the law of attraction which helped him make over $4.5 billion. His teachings include his detailed breakdown of ways to visualize and how the law of attraction works based on universal law and brain waves, as well as techniques to success that is kept from the mainstream.
“You can attract anything you want if you believe you can have it. The method to achieving this is by putting the frequency of what you want (thinking about it and the feeling this brings), keeping the power and intensity, holding the duration long enough, and it will come rushing towards you. It has to by natural law. It’s the law of attraction, which is senior to any other law in the universe”, Kevin Trudeau, ‘Your Wish is Your Command‘.
This excerpt also links to this Earl Nightingale quote, “We are all self-made, but only the successful will admit it,” as the law of attraction is always working whether we are attracting (thinking and embodying how this thought feels) what we would like or what we would not like.
He also uses an interesting analogy with reference to a radar. To summarize this, when on the path to achieving something, you can only see so far into the near future. As such, you cannot see all of the practical steps needed to achieve your overarching goal. However, by focusing on visualizing and feeling the achievement of that goal and in turn taking the next visual steps towards it, you will then see the next steps that were not previously visible to you. He describes this as ‘your radar screen’. Here is one of his quotes around this’ “You need to learn to feel what’s outside your radar screen. 99.9% of the stuff is outside your radar screen. Focus on feeling good all the time”.
Other things Kevin Trudeau touches on includes being conscious of what you physically consume. For example, he says that members of secret societies have Electromagnetic Field (EMF) radiation blocking devices or EMF-blocking screen and blue light blocking covers over all their screens (such as televisions, computers, and smartphones), as they “disrupt the body’s natural energy fields, potentially leading to various ailments, including stress, fatigue, and even more severe illnesses over time”. You can get EMF-blocking stickers to put on phones, laptops, and other electronic devices. Some people even attach these to jewellery, such as behind pendants or watch faces. You can also directly buy EMF-blocking jewellery, as jewellery is attached to you the majority of the time, giving you extra EMF protection. Shungite is a carbon-rich mineral that is often used to block EMF radiation, you can see some examples here.
Another example he discusses is not eating canned tomatoes. The reason being is that the acidity of the tomatoes corrodes the metal, meaning that you ingest heavy metals when consuming them which are bad for health. Heavy metals can be removed from the blood by eating foods high in chlorophyll (green foods) like cilantro (effective to use cilantro heavy metal detox drops), and chlorella (this is a great greens superfood supplement) This links with how diet directly affects your body’s overall ability to function to its full potential. You are what you eat; food affects your mood! Your state of being effects the things you manifest in your life (more can be read about Diet here). Diet also directly impacts your pineal gland that helps you visualize your goal more clearly and receive intuitions that will guide you to your goal quicker (more can be read about the pineal gland here).
Manifestation Protocol 👁️
Kevin Trudeau endorses a number of manifestation techniques, include visualization; imagining what you want as if it is already achieved and the feeling this brings. “Feel as good as you can now. You can attract anything and everything you wish like a magnet, from money, to better relationships to awards and status. You can be, do, or have anything you want.” This links to Neville Goddard‘s main manifestation principle, “Feeling is the secret to manifestation,” and Napoleon Hill‘s famous quote, “Anything the mind can conceive, can be achieved.”
Trudeau also says after visualising the goal achieved and the feeling this brings, to then let go of this as though it has already happened to maintain the feeling of the wish fulfilled. This detaches from any dependency on the outcome and induces a prosperous vibe which attracts/leads you to your goal. The less dependency/neediness emitted attracts your goals faster. “Similarly to how a needy person can be off-putting to people, needy vibes are off-putting to the universe.” A needy vibe emits and affirms to the universe that you don’t have what you want and that you are in a state of lack. You attract your vibe, again why holding onto a prosperous vibe is key to attracting more prosperity, a loving vibe to attract more love, and so on.
He also says to find someone (or multiple people) who are where you want to be and have been where you are now; they have achieved things that you want and have done so from your current situation. For example, if you are from a working class background and want to build financial freedom, wealth, and autonomy through starting an online business, find someone from a working class background who has already achieved that. He also says to make an effort to surround yourself with people who have what you want. For example, if you want to build more wealth, go to places where wealthy people hang out not solely to try and network with them, but also because their vibe will rub off on you, positively impacting your frequency and in turn, your thoughts and actions. Also, being around wealthy people makes creating wealth more tangible, as you see how much wealth is out there and the wealthy people are relatable. Places could include certain conferences (business, investment, property etc.), attended high end restaurants when you can, or going to the local higher end country club or gym.
Another of Trudeau’s teachings are ‘brainwave secrets’ that attract your goals. There are 5 brainwaves shown in the image below:
This is what he says on these different brainwaves in the order he discusses them:
Delta Waves – “This is the sleep state wave. When you sleep good (and are in a ‘delta state’ enough), you add years onto your life and life onto your years (i.e. a healthier old person)!”
Theta Waves – “This is the wealth or prosperity wave because theta is the energy of the physical universe. When you broadcast a desire in a theta wave, it hits every molecule in the Universe, it is the most powerful wave and attracts it into your life. So theta is the key to success.”
Alpha Waves – “This is the learning wave. It is when your right and left brain is beautifully connected, it is a nice state of relaxation and balance. It is the ideal state to be in when learning new information, because it goes into both the right and left brain (subconscious/creative mind and conscious/analytical mind). This is almost as good as theta, just not as powerful, but a beautiful state to be in and also a powerful wave to manifest desires.”
Beta Waves – “Beta is the poverty/slave frequency. It is analytical mind on steroids! The ego is in charge, analysis leads to paralysis! You are more likely to overthink, stress, worry, and focus on what you don’t want to happen. The average person is in this state 90% of the time when awake. It causes negative emotions, aging, and conflict in different relationships.”
Gamma Waves – “Gamma is the genius wave. It is super consciousness! It goes above the analytical mind, your analytical mind is at peak performance here, but you also go beyond this because as the frequency is so high, you are connected to the universe. In theta, your analytical mind isn’t really active, your intuition is/you are connected to the universe, but in gamma, it’s like a combination of both. This is the state of complete homeostasis and bliss. When you orgasm you are in gamma and this is why Tibetan Monks do not have the desire for sex as much because they are already in a state of gamma.”
To effectively tap into the creative waves, Trudeau says you must decalcify your pineal gland to visualize your dreams more clearly and the emotion this brings, as well as picking up on intuitive thoughts to achieve this faster. You can decalcify the pineal gland by limiting consumption of fluoride in water, not just drinking water by buying glass water filters (as opposed to plastic to avoid consumptions of plastics) or spring water, but also water you shower with by using shower head filters, as your skin is your biggest organ and absorbs these. He says to do this as studies show that:
“Fluoride is added to water and toothpaste under the guise that it stops cavities. In reality it is a toxic poison, a by-product of superphosphate fertilizers. It is so toxic, it is in the same category as nuclear waste. Which means it can’t just be buried in the ground, it has to be destroyed or stored. The Nazis invented this as they knew it made people docile, as it calcifies the teeth and pineal gland from transmitting into the universe. As such, they put this into the waters of their enemies and a small amount of Nazi soldiers could take over masses of people. It made them walking zombies. It also calcifies the thyroid, reducing your drive, motivation, and energy. There is high amounts of fluoride found in the Whitehouse for the powers above, controlling the politicians and presidents to get them to carry out their agendas. This is why President Bush senior and his family and their dog all had thyroid problems.” See the Kevin Trudeau ‘Brainwave Secrets that Attract Millions’ video further down this post and this fluoride documentary below for further insight:
Here is a popular fluoride-free toothpaste, glass water filter, and shower head filter.. Also, limiting the consumption of processed foods, refined sugars, and radiation decalcifies the pineal gland. Likewise, consuming more organic coconut oil, organic raw apple cider vinegar, pine bark extract, spirulina and chlorella (this is a great greens superfood supplement with these in), raw cacao, watercress, bananas, and pineapple decalcifies the pineal gland. More can be read on this here.
Trudeau also says to make your hippocampus bigger, as this increases the strength of the frequency that you are putting out (the frequency generated from the pineal gland). You can make your hippocampus bigger by listening to sounds in nature as they all are broadcast in theta waves (birds singing, frogs croaking, cricket sounds, wind blowing through trees, water running, sea tides etc.). This links to Solfeggio Frequencies. Also, with with regular exercise, mental stimulation/challenges (puzzles, problem solving tasks etc.), managing underlying health conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, and depression can impact hippocampal size and function), diet (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and omega 3’s are beneficial), good quality sleep, and lower stress levels.
In summary, he says to increase the size of the hippocampus, reduce beta waves and decalcify the pineal gland to manifest goals effectively. This links with Trudeau’s teachings on meditation. He explains how meditation helps you control your wave state and in turn aids visualization. Tips of his include that the best times to meditate are in the morning (before breakfast) to set you up for the day and late afternoon to destress from the day. He says the optimal length of time to mediate is 20 minutes due to diminishing returns for any length of time longer. For example, 40 minutes may only be 20% better for double the time spent. Twice a day is Trudeau’s ideal amount, but he says any amount is beneficial and that benefits of meditation are cumulative, so you don’t lose the benefits once meditated and you keep building on this.
He also emphasizes that meditation requires zero effort; the moment you are trying to do something too much you are not meditating (meditation is about relaxing). He touches on that there is visual mediation, as well as meditating with eyes closed and that in both you focus on one thing:
- Visual meditation – For example, Einstein would stare at a flame to meditate, you could also do this just focusing on any object.
- Closed eye meditations:
- Focusing on sounds – he says you need to focus on a consistent sound like a stream so the meditation is not ended early due to the sound stopping
- Using a mantra – repeating a word that has no meaning to still the mind
- Focusing on breath – the most common form of mediation
This also ties into the importance he places on prayer and praying the right way. He says that “Praying is a form of manifesting, really it’s creative. What’s in the spiritual, non physical, energetic world first will manifest on earth. (Your kingdom come, you will be done, on earth as in heaven) as as above (heaven/spiritual world/non physical thoughts and feelings) so below (earth) as within in (thoughts, feelings) so without (3D reality on earth)”. This wisdom not only links to religious texts like shown in the brackets in the previous sentence, but also to the Hermetic Principles of the Universe.
He says to speak the prayer out loud, to “Let go and let god, forgive all and do not depend on something happening in your being, as letting go manifests. Pray as a prayer of thanks as though it has already happened (multiple religious texts say this).”
Another interesting visualization technique he mentions is imagining speaking to a mastermind group of your choice about your achievements and goals (note real life mastermind groups are recommended by many success gurus, including success godfathers Earl Nightingale and Napoleon Hill). He says this could include past gurus, past family, and even fictional wise characters like Yoda to make it more fun.
Trudeau also discusses karma, explaining it as something coming back to you on what you put out first. He says to generate good karma you should:
- Think about others as you would like them to think about you
- Speak about others as you would like them to speak about you
- Talk to others as you would like to be talked
- Treat others as you would like to be treated
You don’t have to lie to yourself or others and make up nice things to think and say about other people, but you can focus on any positives they have, not focusing on traits that can be viewed as negative. Trudeau says the biggest misconception of karma is that you’re stuck with it. This is a half truth; you still have karma from previous actions, but you can plant seeds of good karma now and generate good karma.
These teachings are discussed in more detail in the videos further down in this post.
Kevin Trudeau’s Work & Core Recommended Books 📝
As an author, infomercial salesman, radio personality and a advocate of alternative medicine, he is best known for a number of television infomercials promoting his products, and for several books including ‘Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You to Know About‘, ‘Your Wish is Your Command‘, ‘Debt Cures 2014 Edition‘, and ‘The Weight Loss Cure “They” Don’t Want You to Know About‘.
This led to some controversy. He faced a number of civil lawsuits and was convicted of larceny and credit card fraud in the early 1990s. Also, in 1998 he paid a $500,000 fine for “making false or misleading claims” in his infomercials. In 2004 he agreed to a lifetime ban on promoting products via infomercials, excluding his books. Kevin Trudeau was in jail from 2014, sentenced to 10 years for ‘misleading consumers’ around ‘weight-loss infomercials, but left prison in 2022 after serving 8 years.
According to Kevin Trudeau, the US Food and Drug Administration and pharmaceutical companies are more interested in profits than cures and this was the reason for this controversy. He claims it is a case of the state trying to censor, hide or tarnish the value of his teachings.
He has both a number of critics and followers. Critics say that he is a fraud selling false information and that he claims to be a master of manifestation, but had a lot of legal problems and was even served time in prison. Kevin Trudeau argues that he did attract this and that it is for the greater good of what he wants to achieve. For example, if he wanted to reach a wider audience, this will help him write the next best book and/or the attention this controversy brought would help him achieve this goal. A common saying is that some of the biggest hardships are the biggest blessings in disguise.
Followers of Kevin Trudeau believe that higher organizations are trying to dismiss the information he teaches to keep it from the masses, especially the success principles that secret societies utilize. What is clear is that his teachings on achieving success, the law of attraction, and universal law are both interesting and valued by many.
He also has a list of core books he recommends for success, personal development, wealth creation, and spiritual transformation, along with links to buy them and their free audiobooks where available:

‘How to Win Friends and Influence People‘ by Dale Carnegie, repeatedly described as a must‑read classic for success in relationships. In summary, people are driven by emotion and ego. If you want to influence others, make them feel important, appreciated, and understood without manipulation. The key principles are
-
Fundamental Techniques in Handling People – Don’t criticize, condemn, or complain. Criticism breeds resentment; understand first. Give honest and sincere appreciation, everyone craves recognition. Arouse in the other person an eager want, focus on their desires, not yours.
-
Six Ways to Make People Like You – Become genuinely interested in other people, smile, remember that a person’s name is the sweetest sound to them, be a good listener, encourage others to talk about themselves, talk in terms of the other person’s interests, make the other person feel important and do it sincerely.
-
How to Win People to Your Way of Thinking – Avoid arguments as you can’t “win” an argument, show respect for others’ opinions, never say, “You’re wrong”, if you’re wrong, admit it quickly and emphatically, begin in a friendly way, get the other person saying “yes, yes” immediately, let the other person do a great deal of the talking, let them feel the idea is theirs, try honestly to see things from their point of view, be sympathetic with their desires, appeal to nobler motives, dramatize your ideas, throw down a challenge
-
Be a Leader: How to Change People Without Giving Offense – Begin with praise and honest appreciation, call attention to mistakes indirectly, talk about your own mistakes first, ask questions instead of giving direct orders, let the other person save face, praise every improvement, give them a reputation to live up to, use encouragement. make faults seem easy to correct, make the other person happy to do what you suggest.

‘Karmic Management‘ by Geshe Michael Roach & Lama Christie McNally, he calls it “spectacular,” and one of the first he recommends for business success. In summary, it talks of karma as cause and effect; everything you experience is the result of previous actions (mental, verbal, or physical). To change your future, you must consciously plant karmic seeds now:
-
Step 1: Decide What You Want
Be specific about your goal (e.g., increase your income, find love, get healthy). -
Step 2: Find a “Karmic Partner”
This is someone who wants the same thing you want. You commit to helping them succeed in that area. -
Step 3: Help Them Actively
Spend time weekly helping this person without expecting anything in return. This action plants the seed for your own success. -
Step 4: The Coffee Meditation
At the end of the day, reflect on the good you did. Feel joy about it, as this “waters” the seed, helping it grow faster.

‘The Secret‘ by Rhonda Byrne, foundational to the Law of Attraction. In summary, it discusses how “Your thoughts create your reality”; if you think positively and visualize success, health, or love, the universe will respond by bringing those experiences into your life. Key concepts include:
1. The Law of Attraction
You attract what you think about, whether wanted or unwanted. Like attracts like: Positive thoughts bring positive results; negative thoughts bring more negativity.2. Three Steps to Manifestation
Ask – Be clear and specific about what you want. Form your desire in your mind (or write it down).Believe – Truly believe that it’s already yours. Act and think as if you’ve already received it.
Receive – Feel gratitude, joy, and alignment with your desire. Stay open to signs and opportunities.
3. Emotions are Your Guidance System. Feeling good = you’re on the right frequency. Negative emotions mean you’re focusing on what you don’t want.
4. Supporting Ideas – Gratitude attracts more things to be grateful for. Visualization is a powerful tool, see yourself living your dream life daily. The universe is like a genie, it always says “Yes” to your thoughts.
-
‘It Works!‘ by R.H.J., vocal recommendation in his shows. In summary, if teaches to decide what you want, write it down, focus on it daily, believe it and it will come true.” Its key steps are:
-
Write Down What You Want – Make a list of everything you sincerely desire, not vague wishes, but specific goals. Be honest and exact, wealth, health, relationships, career, etc. Read the list morning, noon, and night.
-
Think About It Often – Mentally focus on your list several times a day. Imagine that your desires are already fulfilled. Don’t tell others about your list; keep it private to protect your focus and energy.
-
Have Faith – Believe without doubt that your desires will become reality. This belief activates unseen forces (spiritual, mental, subconscious) to bring your list into existence.
-
-
‘The Magic of Thinking Big‘ by David J. Schwartz, a frequently cited success classic. In Summary, it discusses how “Success is not determined by the size of your intelligence, but by the size of your thinking.” People who achieve great things aren’t necessarily smarter, they just believe in themselves, set higher goals and take consistent action. Practical tools include, using affirmations to boost self-confidence, practicing speaking up in meetings, setting daily goals to build momentum and visualizing success and rehearse winning outcomes in your mind. Key principles and lessons include:
-
Think Big to Live Big – Aim higher than you think is “realistic.” Your belief system shapes your reality, big beliefs lead to big results.
-
Cure Yourself of Excusitis – Stop blaming your lack of success on health, intelligence, age, or luck. Excuses kill ambition, take responsibility and move forward.
-
Build Confidence and Destroy Fear – Confidence comes from action and preparation. Face your fears directly; they shrink when confronted.
-
Think and Dream Creatively – Creative thinking leads to better solutions. Ask “How can I do this better?” and “How can I do more?”
-
You Are What You Think You Are – Your self-image determines your performance. Think of yourself as successful, likable and capable.
-
Manage Your Environment – Surround yourself with positive, ambitious people. Guard your mind against negative influences and “dream stealers.”
-
Take Action Now – Don’t wait for perfect conditions. Winners are doers, not just dreamers.
-
Set Goals and Back Them with Action – Clear goals direct your energy. Break big goals into smaller, actionable steps.
-
Develop the “You-First” Attitude – Success in relationships and leadership comes from genuinely caring about others. Praise, encourage and uplift people.
-
-
‘Think and Grow Rich‘ by Napoleon Hill, he repeatedly refers to it as brilliant and life-changing. in summary, the book teaches that, “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” Success begins with thought. If you desire something intensely, believe in it, and persist, you can achieve it. It lists 13 Principles of Success:
-
Desire – Strong desire is the starting point of all achievement. Set a clear, specific goal and burn all bridges; no backup plans.
-
Faith – Believe in your ability to achieve your goal. Repetition of affirmations builds faith and conditions your subconscious mind.
-
Autosuggestion – Repeatedly feed your subconscious mind with positive thoughts and goals. Visualize your goal daily with emotion and clarity.
-
Specialized Knowledge – General knowledge isn’t power, applied, specialized knowledge is. Keep learning and surround yourself with experts if needed.
-
Imagination – Use creative visualization to find new ways to achieve your goal. Everything begins as a thought or idea.
-
Organized Planning – Turn thoughts into action with a detailed plan. Be flexible and persistent, temporary defeat is not failure.
-
Decision – Successful people make quick decisions and change them slowly. Indecision breeds fear and failure.
-
Persistence- – Success often comes to those who persist after most people quit. Back your plans with continuous effort.
-
Power of the Master Mind – Surround yourself with a group of supportive, like-minded individuals. Shared energy and ideas multiply your success.
-
The Mystery of Sex Transmutation – Redirect sexual energy into creative and productive outlets. It’s one of the most powerful forces behind human achievement.
-
The Subconscious Mind – Acts on the thoughts and emotions you feed it, good or bad. Control it through positive affirmations and visualization.
-
The Brain – Your brain is a broadcasting and receiving station for thoughts. Stay tuned to positive “frequencies” to attract success.
-
The Sixth Sense – An inner voice or intuition that emerges after mastering the other 12 principles. Helps with major decisions and opportunities.
-
-
‘The Magic of Believing‘ by Claude M. Bristol, foundational to many later success teachings, highly endorsed by Trudeau. In summary, the message of the book is “Whatever you believe with feeling becomes your reality.” Your mind is your greatest asset and belief is the force that activates it. Practical techniques include the ‘Mirror Technique’ (explained below) to build confidence and belief, affirmations used daily to reinforce positive beliefs, visualization picturing your desired outcome as vividly and emotionally as possible, emotionalized belief; it’s not enough to “say” you believe, you must feel it. Some of the book’s key principles are:
- Belief Is a Mental Force – Success begins not with intelligence or luck, but with belief. When you truly believe something is possible, you set subconscious forces into motion.
- The Subconscious Mind Obeys Commands – Your subconscious accepts repeated thoughts and feelings as truth. Whether the belief is positive or negative, your subconscious will act on it.
- The Mirror Technique – Stand in front of a mirror, look into your eyes, and affirm your goals as if they’ve already happened. This conditions your subconscious and builds unshakable belief.
- Visualization – See your goal vividly and repeatedly in your mind’s eye. Combine it with emotion to increase the “charge” of the belief.
- Repetition and Suggestion – Repeat affirmations and success-oriented thoughts daily. Repetition strengthens belief and reprograms your mind for success.
- Harness the Power of Desire – Intense desire fuels belief. The stronger your emotional connection to a goal, the more powerfully your subconscious works to achieve it.
- Guard Against Doubt and Negativity – Negative thoughts and disbelief sabotage your results. Be vigilant about the influences you allow into your mind.
-
‘See You at the Top‘ by Zig Ziglar, “a spectacular book on attitude”. In summary, the book teaches that “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” Success is built on attitude, integrity and service to others. Key principles of the book include:
-
Self-Image Is the Foundation – How you see yourself determines how high you’ll go. Improve your self-image through affirmations, accomplishments, and self-discipline.
-
Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude – A positive attitude attracts opportunities, and people. Cultivate optimism by focusing on what you can do, not what you can’t.
-
Set Goals to Grow – Clear, written goals give direction and motivation. Break big goals into smaller steps and celebrate progress.
-
Develop Healthy Relationships – Treat others with kindness, respect, and encouragement. Build people up, never tear them down.
-
The Stairway to the Top – Ziglar’s metaphorical “stairway to success” includes self-image, relationships, goals, attitude, work ethic, desire to grow and give (each step builds on the last).
-
Success Is More Than Money – True success includes character, relationships, spiritual growth, and contribution. It’s not just about climbing the ladder, but who you become along the way.
-
Motivation Needs Maintenance – Motivation is like bathing, it doesn’t last. You need daily inspiration through books, affirmations, and positive associations.
-
-
‘Psycho‑Cybernetics‘ (original version) by Maxwell Maltz, he insists to read the original 1960 version. In summary, the book explains that “You act and feel not according to what things are really like, but according to the image your mind holds of them.” Change your self-image, and you change your life. You can do this by using affirmations and positive self-talk, visualizing yourself as the person you want to be, practicing relaxation and mental clarity to avoid negative conditioning, building a “success record” by recalling past wins to reinforce confidence. Key concepts of the book include:
-
You Are Your Self-Image – Your self-image is the mental blueprint of who you think you are. It controls your behavior, performance, and what you believe is possible. You cannot outperform your self-image consistently unless you change it.
-
The Mind as a Goal-Seeking “Servo-Mechanism” – The brain functions like a cybernetic system (like a guided missile), it constantly seeks to achieve whatever “goal” you give it positive or negative. Feed your mind positive goals and it will find ways to make them real.
-
The Theater of the Mind (Visualization) – Use vivid mental rehearsal to “experience” success before it happens. The subconscious can’t tell the difference between real and vividly imagined experiences. Regular visualization rewires your self-image.
-
Dehypnotize Yourself from False Beliefs – Many people live under the “hypnosis of failure” caused by past criticism or experiences. These beliefs can be rewritten with repetition, logic, and mental rehearsal.
-
Failure Mechanism vs. Success Mechanism – Failure Mechanism is triggered by worry, doubt, fear, guilt, and resentment. Success Mechanism is powered by confidence, purpose, imagination, relaxation and belief. You can consciously shift from one to the other by controlling your thoughts and focus.
-
Happiness Is a Habit – Happiness isn’t the result of success, it’s a cause of it. You can practice happiness daily by focusing on what’s going well, being present and avoiding unnecessary worry.
-
Forgiveness Frees the Self-Image – Resentment, guilt, and self-condemnation distort your self-image. Forgiveness (of self and others) clears emotional blocks and restores inner peace.
-
-
‘How to Solve All Your Money Problems Forever‘ by Victor Boc, part of his basic list. In summary, the book discusses how “Money problems are not solved by earning more, they’re solved by how you handle and attract money.” You don’t need to know how the money will come. Just take control of your focus, and it will. Action steps include writing a clear, concise money goal statement, reading and visualizing it every day with feeling, watching for ideas, nudges, or chances to act (then act). Do this consistently until your financial reality shifts (and it will). Key principles of the book include:
-
Declare Your Financial Intention – Decide exactly what you want, a specific monthly income or lifestyle goal. Write it down and repeat it daily; “I now receive $__ per month, easily and consistently.”
-
Do the Money Exercise Daily – Spend a few minutes visualizing and emotionally experiencing what it feels like to already have your desired income. This reprograms your subconscious and aligns your mind with abundance.
-
Don’t Worry About the “How” – Focus on the end result, not the path. The “how” will reveal itself through intuition, opportunities, and inspired action.
-
Money Is Not Evil – Remove negative beliefs about money (e.g., “money is bad,” “rich people are greedy”). Realize money is neutral and can do great good in the right hands (yours!).
-
Use the “Money Magnet” Approach – What you focus on expands. If you constantly worry about lack, you attract more lack. Instead, focus on wealth, freedom, and abundance.
-
Do Not Wait for the Perfect Plan – Begin acting now, even if you don’t have everything figured out. The universe responds to movement, not perfection.
-
Use Money Wisely and Respectfully – Spend with purpose, not guilt or scarcity. Give, save, and enjoy your money, all are essential.
-
-
‘The Go‑Getter‘ by Peter B. Kyne, another “spectacular” title he credits with instilling a never-quit attitude. In summary, the book explains that “It’s not about what you’re given, it’s about how far you’ll go to get what you want.” Key lessons of the book include:
-
Initiative Beats Talent – Don’t wait for perfect conditions act now. Action and persistence outweigh credentials.
-
No Excuses – If facing numerous obstacles, don’t complain, find a way through each one.
-
Problem-Solving Under Pressure – Uses charm, negotiation, clever thinking and hustle to achieve the “impossible.”
-
Go the Extra Mile – Don’t stop when it gets tough, push further. True go-getters don’t accept “no” as a final answer.
-
Leaders Look for Go-Getters – Leaders/people who have achieved what you want aren’t attracted to followers, they re attracted to people who take ownership and deliver results.
